If you choose to make an application for your child to join one of our scouting sections then you will need to submit the following information:
- Name

- Child’s name, age, date of birth, school
- Additional guardian name and contact information including their address, telephone number and email address
- Medical details including GP surgery and address and any relevant medical conditions
What we do with the information
By sending us a message, using the contact form or sending us an email, you actively consent to us collecting the aforementioned personal information – the same applies when you apply to join us.
We will only use this information to respond to your enquiry or render a service to you, and will not sell or otherwise share this information to any third parties. We will only retain this information for as long as necessary to fulfil our service to you, or until you choose to delete your account with us.
